Question:

How do you make a smoothie thicker?

The last one i made was kind of thin. Do you add more ice? More fruit?

  1. frozen bananas, ice, not necessarily fruit because some fruits are mostly water.  


  2. its common tht wen yur smoothie is too thin, you add youghurt depending on how thick you want it to be

  3. My favourite smoothie is made with orange juice, chopped up banana, flesh of one passionfruit, and to thicken three big dollops of unflavoured yoghurt. Banana by itself is a great thickener but I found yoghurt worked even better. Icecream is too sweet and sugary, I think.

    add frozen fruit.

    a liquid base (orange juice grape juice apple juice any kind works)

    2 tablespoons of milk and blend.

  6. for the ones i make i dont use any ice, just fresh (or froxen fruit and a bit of milk
