How do you make a trumpet symbol out of figures on the keyboard? (a text trumpet)?

i saw one on the internet the other day but i cant remember how to make it. i play the trumpet, so i think this is pretty interesting.

all i remember of it is that it started something like this:

but i dont remember the rest. anybody who can either show what its supposed to be or make up a new good one gets best answer
