It's highly unlikely that someone will make you that for free. If they had the time and resources, they'd probably keep it for themselves and make a profit. If you want to make a free game, try something like GameMaker.

M8, no one in their right mind is going to make you an online game for free, let alone a website. If I was you and had my heart set on getting one then be prepared to pay for it.
