How do you make a word become a link?

Like someone could type Hello and it will be a link. How do you do that?

You won't be able to do that here in Y! Answers. You can do that on sites that allow the users to use HTML codes, a web language. For example, sites like MySpace, Orkut, Facebook, GameSpot, etc allow it.

If you want the word Hello to act as a link, you must type in the following code:

<a href="your_link's_url_here"> Hello </a>

If you type the code on a site allowing user generated HTML codes, the Hello word will act as a link for your given url.
