How do you make baltimore club remixes?

i have seen a load of them on utube how do you make them like what programs do you need that are free and where can i get them ill give you the best answer if you give links and hints thanks

I wish I had more help for you, but I do know that Apple has a program for Mac's that's called Garage Band.  You can make some pretty cool music mixes with this program, but it only works on Mac's.  I hope this helps, and good luck
