  1. Do you need to make the card online? A handmade card can pe a lot more personal, and will be appreciated more. I've been told that blank cards can be puchased at michaels, and i'm sure you could ged a cardmaking kit also. Plus, you could go to a scrapbooking store, and pick up some cool stickers, and paper. Just be creative, and have fun! good luck!

  2. You should try www.ScraplessBooks.com --they are the best when it comes to digital Storybooking.

It is all online, no software to download. You can start from scratch with a blank book, or use one of hundreds of professionally designed templates with any and every theme imaginable.

With a template, the entire card is pretty much already designed for you, but has spaces left out for your own pictures and text. Also, templates can be changed, they are not permenant--if you don't like the particular button or ribbon or whatever, you can delete it or exchange it for something else.

You pay $20 for a month's use of the online library of over 60,000 pieces of artwork including backgrounds and embellishments, quotes and texts, and more. Then you pay for the cards themselves. The cards can either be folded greeting cards, postcards, or 'invitations' which are just postcards that allow you to design the back as well and come with free envelopes. And, these are not the cheap, impersonal cards you find all over the internet and in every store these days either! These are quality, acid, lignin, and chlorine free paper that will last for a long, long time. On top of that, they are completely customizable. Use your own pictures and texts and use the premier artwork content to design the rest.

The price does not go by how many pictures or embellishments you use--use as much or as little as you want. Prices are as follows:

    4x6 postcard/invitation--$1.75 ea, 50+--$1.39 ea, 100+--$1.25 ea

    4x6 folded--$3.45 ea, 50+--$2.49 ea, 100+--$2.19 ea

    5x7 postcard/invitation--$1.95 ea, 50+--$1.69 ea, 100+--$1.55 ea

    5x7 folded--$3.95 ea, 50+--$2.65 ea, 100+--$2.49 ea

    3 panel, 5 panel, 7 panel fold--$5.99 ea, 50+--$3.95 ea, 100+--$3.69 ea

deck of 54 playing cards--$24.95, pack of 4 decks--$17.95 ea

Also available are Storybooks, posters, canvas, calendars, and single 12x12 pages.

By the way, this month is Christmas in July, so there are other great specials on cards and gifts!
