How do you make birthday cards online?

I'm trying to make a birthday card and i would like to know how to make one online. Are you able to make it on Corel Paint Shop?

Do you need to make the card online? A handmade card can pe a lot more personal, and will be appreciated more. I've been told that blank cards can be puchased at michaels, and i'm sure you could ged a cardmaking kit also. Plus, you could go to a scrapbooking store, and pick up some cool stickers, and paper. Just be creative, and have fun! good luck!
