  1. There are many different ways. A simple way is to cut up white chicken, dip it into an egg and milk sauce, then dip it into flour and put it in a frying pan filled with oil until crispy.

  2. BREADED BAKED CHICKEN

    2 c. French bread crumbs

    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt

    1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper

3 whole chicken b*****s, halved and skinned

    1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic and pepper. Dip chicken in butter then dredge in bread crumb mix. Place in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings.

  4. First of course you wash it.

Then, dip in flour, then egg, then either bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes and either fry or bake.

  5. Pour some flour into a bag.  Beat one egg and 1 cup of milk togehter and put into a bowl.  Put breading (and any seasoning) in a second bag.  Be sure the bags are big enough to hold the largest piece of chicken you want to bread.  Wash the chicken in cold water, and drain for at least 15 minutes.  Place in the flour bag and shake.  Dip into the egg and milk mixture, then hold above to 'drip' for about 30 seconds.  Place in the breading bag and shake.  Carefully remove and place on baking sheet and repeat until all the pieces are breaded.

You can use many things as 'breading' ... from the 'canned bread crumbs' you buy at the store, to crushed crackers or even let your own bread (regular, many grain, corn) dry and crumble it yourself.  Same with the spices.  We like Italian seasoning on breaded chicken, but we also use 7th Heaven (a spice we buy locally), Blackened Redfish Rub, and a combination of Chili Powder and Cayenne Pepper to 'season' our breading.  Enjoy!

  6. you get bonless skinnless chicken breast, pound them out

dip them in flour (with salt pepper and garlic powder) then dip them in raw eggas that have been mixed then dip them in seasoned breadcrumbs

place on a hot frying pan with oil

fry till brown on either side, finish baking in the oven @ 350 for aboutr 10-15 minutes

  7. Parmesan Chicken

    6 bnls, sknls Chicken Breast

    1 cup A/P flour

    1 tsp. kosher salt

½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

    2 extra-large eggs

1 ¼ cups seasoned dry bread crumbs

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for serving

    Unsalted butter

    Good olive oil

Cut chicken b*****s into 1” strips, pat dry w/ paper towels.

On one dinner plate, combine flour, salt, and pepper.  On a second plate, beat the egg w/ 1 Tbsp. of water.  On a third plate combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.  Cot the chicken on both sides w/ the flour, then dip into the egg, then into the bread crumbs, pressing lightly.

Heat 1 Tbsp of butter and 1 Tbsp. of oil in a large sauté pan on medium-low.  Cook chicken in batches on both sides until cooked through.  Chicken is done when meat is opaque and juices run clear.  Add more butter and oil to cook remaining batches as needed.  Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top of cooked chicken to serve.
