Velveta Cheese is what melts up creamy. That is good plain or I also agree with adding a can of Rotel (which is diced tomatoes and peppers) if you want to spice it up.  If you dont have Rotel just adding any jarred salsa does the same thing nicely.  It is easy and tasty!
