  1. you can not focus a photo with software.

it all starts with the camera.

  2. I agree with SD, DC and DL, above.  Garbage in = Garbage out.

If you can't get pictures like this with your camera, ask ANYONE you know with a camera to give you some tips.  These are not at all remarkable pictures.  They may have been desaturated slightly and overlayed with an amber filter is all.

  3. It depends on the photograph you take.

Those photos look like they have extra layers added to them.

Lighten an image, then add a dark blue exclusion layer and play around with the percentage.

That looks like what someone has done on the first one, a non edited picture wouldnt come out looking like that. =]

  5. A 'clear' picture is done in camera, Photoshop can do a lot, but it depends on what you give it to work with. GIGO (garbage in - garbage out) is working here.

The pictures you posted are way too small to see if they are 'clear' or not.

  6. Start with a clear, sharp shot.  Tripod, flash, higher ISO -- whatever it takes for you to get a clear picture to start with.  Sharpen a crappy image in Photoshop and you'll have a sharp, crappy image.

And I didn't find any of those pictures all that clear.
