How do you make custom Guitar Hero songs?

I have guitar hero for the Xbox 360 and was wondering how you can put your own custom songs onto it. (when I mean custom songs, I don't mean songs sung by me, I mean by other bands)

the only way i have heard of doing this is with a ps2 but i assume the same would work for a xbox 360. what you have to do is get a mod chip but once that is on you can no longer connect to live. from there you get some computer programs to create the song just google it. from there you connect your xbox to your pc and transfer very risky and i don't recommend it at all.

you gotta wait for the new one to come out, and if you have to ask you wont be able to do it, its way to much work and difficult
