  1. Mujhay mamma say pooch na paray ga, when she comes back from prayer, I'll ask her, lol.

    (I can't stop smiling!!)

    But I don't think it's very easy to make.  


  2. dip white daal in water for 2 hour then grind it  and give them  shami kabab shAPE round shape   then deep  fries it  and dip in water again for soft them

    then dip in yogurt and add some chat masala

  6. about 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and adrak ki paste

    about half teaspoon laal mirch powder, and cumin powder

    salt to taste

    oil

    2 cups maash ki daal or moong ki dall dhuli h*i (presoaked)

    Grind the presoaked daal in to a paste and add salt, heeng, ginger paste, and baking soda to it

    then make gol round baray of the paste and fry it in a frying pan with 1 tbs oil.

    after the baray turn light brown(make sure they are slightly cooked because you will deep fry them later)....take them out and heat oil in a frying pan to deep fry the baray.....fry until they turn dark brown....soak them in water until they turn soft and slightly press the baray with your hands to lets the extra water out....drop them in to the dahi....

    and for dahi....you just add zeera powder, lal mirch powder, and salt to taste....and you can drop chaat masala, garam masala, or imly on top.....

    however, this is the right exact way of making dahy baray....we do it with basen istead of mash ki daal or masoor ki daal, which is different
