mix cheese and pepper

this all depends on what type of dip you want i will give you a couple that i always use

1 tablespoon olive oil mix in your favourite herbs and drizzle over bread then serve

2 tablespoons non flavoured yoghurt 2 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons of cream cheese add chopped parsley mix well and serve as dip

you could add some tarragon and thyme to this as well

also if you dont eat yoghurt you dont have to put it in it is an optional ingredient
