How do you make empanadas de platano rellenas with leche from El Salvador? HELP!?

I really love these empanadas they are puffs made out of platin bananas and are filled with custard... they are YUMMY... if you are Salvadorenan and have the recepie.. please pass it along.. THANKYOU!
