How do you make eyeliner not-smudge?

Question

Whenever I wear eyeliner, I have to wear a very fine line, or else it looks weird. I only wear pencil eyeliner, because powder/liquid looks really weird on me. How do I make it stay un-smudged? What's Kohl?

Put eyeshadow over it.

well first of all you have to get a good eyeliner i suggest the

good brands clinique, estee lader, clarines, etc.... and you may

think there expensive but not really clinique has eyeliner out

there for like 12-15 dollars. And when you do where it you might

want to put just a little conseluer under your eyes but not alot

since you dont like face makeup and such then put little eye shadow

and then the eye liner. And when your wearing it dont smuge them

with you fingers thinking you taking the smuges away you have to

push up on the eyeliner not sideways...do you get what im saying? hah

try using gel eyeliner it goes on AWSOME. from loreal hip for 12$ u can find it at rite aid.

or

try laying a line of eyeshadow over and under the eyeliner.

and honey this is a problem we ALL try and the most simple answ would be "get a bette rwater proof eyeliner"
