How do you make fabric glue dry faster?

i put it on a bag im making and i need it done in 3 days to sell but the glue says you can wash it untill 7-10 days and it stinks and i cant sell a sticky bag. the brand is "aleens ok to wash it"

You need heat and air to dry the solvents. So try placing in the sun and if no breeze add a fan.
