How do you make flashing pictures?

i want to join four pictures to make something similar to this : http://media.photobucket.com/image/flashing/SieraRayne-x/flashing.gif

i am using microsoft photo editor. please help!! thanks:)

Search Youtube, they have many videos with tutorials on how to make .Gif (animated) images

what you're trying to do is called a .gif

the way i do it is by using PhotoShop cs and ImageReady cs

heres one i did with me an my friends
