There is no actual way of going out and picking friends that will last. you just need to get out there and meet new people with common interests, hopefully some on them will stick around.

This one of those "crystal ball" questions. When you embark on a friendship of any kind, there is no way of knowing how long it will last because of circumstances that occur along the way.

well, they might not be true, but the best thing you can do is be yourself and people that are like you or like you will come to you and if you allow them into your life, then that's one way of making a great friend. but be careful, not to put you off or anything, but friends can turn on you at any moment, but the only way to know if they are a true friend is to always be yourself, no matter what. good luck!!!!
