How do you make friends with your Chickens?

I have 6 hens and I want to make friends with them. I have read about alot of people that's chickens just love them, but mine don't seem to like me very much. Two of them peck me alot, and all the others just hide mostly. How do I get them to like me?

it depends, are yours cooped up of free? we have 4 tottally free range chickens and when the were younger, we had them in a pen for the first few weeks, i would go in there and spend time with them; giving them food. Now that they are free range, we call "CHOOKS, CHOOKS, CHOOKS!" and they all come running as they expect food. Also, if you are too tall they will be more scared of you so crouch down to their level and put some of their fav foods infront of you, do this as often as possible and gradually move the food closer to you everyday until its just infront of you. it may be hoping for too much to start stroking them; remember: food is the key to their hearts!!!! hope it helped!
