  1. Just go to a home-improvement store and buy Wall Paper Paste. It comes either ready-made (ready to use) or you can mix it up with water at home.

  2. With a brush.

  3. Alot usually have glue already on there, all you have to do is wet the wall paper and supply! Best of luck!

  4. You can buy wall paper paste in dry form and mix it with water into a thin porrige type mix which you brush onto the paper before you hang the paper.

  5. You may not need it--many papers are "pre-pasted," meaning that you just put the roll in a tray filled with water and then lift it out of the tray; the water activates an adhesive already on the paper.

If you are using other types of paper you'll have to apply wallpaper paste, which you can get at home centers.

And once you get the paste figured out you'll want to know how to apply wallpaper, right? No problem: here's a step-by-step explanation, along with a short video clip:

  6. I've only ever used a prepasted paper...but I have seen it applied with a brush, much like painting...but you need to move quickly. I recommend the prepasted stuff!
