  1. Keep it healthy..No Chemicals, or Heat, and if you must use heat, Use a Heat Protector..and go in for a trim every 4-6 weeks, and deep condition every month. No special shampoo or anything to make your hair grow faster.

  2. unfortunately some hair is just not meant to be real long. yours is like that. thin hair looks best about shoulder length with a nice solid line on the bottom. it looks healthier and thicker. rather that than long and stringy

  3. u cut it dead ends and it grows that much you cut it so one little snip means a whole lot!!!

  4. Because I have relaxed hair it's damaged and thin as welll as yours. Personally what I did is stayed of a relaxer and only washed my hair with a shampoo once per week. I never used hair straighteners or hair dryers all as I did was soak in cold water and apply conditioner, every day. It is not neccessary for any person to wash their hair (with a shampoo) more than twice a week. If your hair gets greasy easilly then just rinse it in cold water and leave it too dry naturally.

My hair is now almost down to my bum, and seems very healthy. Stay away from ''TRESemme'' it actually dries your hair out.

Use organic shampoo's and conditioners such as ''creame of nature''.

    Aussi is also very good.

Eat protein foods such as eggs, cheese ect..

Take hair, skin and nail tablets, they really are amazing.

Thats about all of it really :)

  5. There is no scientifivcally proven way to cause your hair to grow faster. Just take care of what you have and keep it clean. If your hair is thin like you say it will be prone to breakage, so avoid tying it up, or putting it in ponytails and things like that.
