  1. Try this recipe. I tried it about a month ago when I was craving chinese food, because I am trying to give up eating out. But it tasted just like the  my local take restaurant.

  3. Boil it a day in advance, drain well and refrigerate.

When you are making dinner prepare every thing else first and put aside and cover to keep warm.

Reheat your wok and stiir fry your rice until it is hot, add your other ingredients and stir through.

When all is hot add some sauce.

    Sweet Chilli Sauce.

    Ketjap Manis (sweet soy)

    Teriyaki

    Soy Sauce

    Worcestershire sauce.

    Stir through.

Note the sauces are all high in salt so go easy on it when you cook.
