  1. all that i can think of is adding blue food coloring to a white chocolate. melt the white chocolate and add the blue food coloring. that way its blue. :)

  2. Buy these blue chocolate melting chips.  You can get them at some

Walmarts but most craft stores like Michaels or you can get them online:

    Supplies you will  need:

    blue chocolate chips:

    Sucker mold:

http://www.wilton.com/technique/Lollipop...   Just look on the net to find the one you want.  And you dont have to do many colors, just one if you want.  The way they do the many colors is kind of an art by painting in certain areas with a brush, freezing it then adding the final colors, but you dont have to be that putzy

We melted the melting chips above in a glass bowl according to the microwave instructions on the package.  These chips dont get hard right away out of the microwave and stay smooth as you make them.  If you ever make them with regular chocolate, buy the real milk chocolate it melts better and you can do it in the microwave as well.

If you are making a lot of these, since you have to wait like 5-10 minutes for them to freeze, you can really speed up the time making them by buying 2 molds. Ours were only 2 bucks a piece so I think it is well worth it to get more than 1.

These are simple to make and really cheap and look great!

  3. Micheals or Hobby Lobby sells the white chocolate melting discs in a bag - they melt a lot smoother than the bar version.

They also sell a lot of different molds - and you will need those.

Then you will need the food color. You can't use the regular liquid stuff, you will need the jell version and they sell that too.

I bought the box with a lot of different colors because I use it to make mints for weddings.

OH - you will want to take a bit of the white chocolate and experiment with the color - a VERY little bit goes a long way.

But, making the candy is pretty quick and easy. If you are not going to microwave the white chocolate then use a double boiler (I personally use the double boiler system . The chocolate turns out much prettier.)

  4. Use this recipe for the chocolate lollipops...

You could purchase lollipop molds if you don't want free-form pops.

To make the lollipops blue, I would use white chocolate and then add a couple of drops of blue food coloring to the already tempered (heated) chocolate.

    Have fun!

  5. 16 ounces bittersweet chocolate, tempered

    16 ounces white chocolate, tempered

    16 ounces milk chocolate, tempered

You can use any molds to make chocolate lollipops.

To make the lollipop: Pour any of the tempered chocolates directly into the molds, filling them to the top. Tap the molds against the work surface to release the air bubbles. Set the sticks in place by inserting them just far enough to be secure within the mold you are using. Set the molds aside to allow the chocolate to set. When set, simply pop out the lollipops.

You do not have to use white chocolate. Thats just an example.

  6. Chocolate comes in many different colors.  Go to a candy making store or Michale's. Walmart also sales some.  Theres are called candy melts.  To make the lolliepop all you need to do is melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave.  If you do it in the microwave place it in for a few seconds and then stir.  Keep doing this until it is melted.  Make sure you get the bottom good so it doesn't burn.  After you melted the chocolate poor it into your molds and then place the lollipop sticks in the mold.  Place in freeze until they harden.  You should be able to just turn the mold over and they will come out.   Also if you wanted to add details to the lollipop you could buy other colors and use a paintbrush or toothpick to add details.  Do not use a regular food coloring as suggested above me.   It will ruin your candy.  You need to buy a oil-based color that is made for candy.  Also if you put to much in it can stain your tongue and give the candy a bitter taste.  I would buy the candies that are already blue.

  7. Buy those little chocolate bars that you melt and then form them into the type of lollipop you want and put them in the fridge and they will reform and harden

  8. Pour your chocolate into the top pot of the double boiler.

Turn the heat on low. Gently melt the chocolate until it becomes liquid.

Stir the chocolate as it melts. Continue to stir the chocolate so it does not burn or stick to the double boiler.

Lay your candy molds out on a flat surface.

Place one lollipop stick in each mold. Fit them into the slot for the lollipop sticks.

Pour the melted chocolate into the lollipop candy molds until they are filled

Allow the chocolate to cool. Fill in with more chocolate if it settles unevenly as it cools. Make sure the stick is covered.

Pop the chocolate lollipops out of the candy mold once they have cooled for about one hour or become hard.

Blue? then probably you'll need some kind of icing with blue food coloring...
