How do you make ice cream rings & where can I get the supplies to make them?

Fimo or sculpty, a plastic sort of clay that you bake in the oven at a low temperature. Craft stores sell it, and you would just have to copy the look you want. Can glue it onto a blank ring (craft stores have them too) or mold it onto the metal ring before baking it.
