How do you make internet images as you avatar?

I saw someone that had Invader Zim as there avatar and i wanted Bart Simpson as mine

Go to your profile, click "edit my info", set up a 360° page, load up a pic (it has to be a .jpg, preferrably 48x48 pixels), mark "set as primary", save it and you're done!

You can't have a Bart Simpson avatar because that is a copyrighted image.

In fact, most images on the internet belong to someone, so I highly recommend using your own image.

All the information to do so is clearly available.  Open your eyes.  Go to your profile and look for the appropriate links.
