How do you make it so the cd can load before everything else in Windows Vista?

Im trying to figure out the admin pass i forgot, and i can only load the cd which will help me get it if i can load it first.

When you computer first startts up, watch the screen for which key to press to either go into BIOS and/or Boot Setup.

Once there, you should be able to select which device you want your computer to Boot from first.
