How do you make it so the computer doesnt remember recent searches?

  1. (internet explorer) you go to tools and go to the tab that says internet options click on it and got to clear history, i gets rid of websites that you've been too and searches (doesn't get rid of bookmarked pages)

    (mozilla fire fox) go to tool and go to the tab option click on privacy (should be at the top of the new window) and go to private data and click the clear now button gets rid of all pages you viewed and searches but not book marked pages


  2. Click on the 'History' button, it looks like a clock with an arrow pointing down on it. Then right click the site you've been on that you wan't to get rid of and click delete. It works for me! :)

  4. For Internet Explorer:Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom

    click on edit at the top of the screen

    Click on clear toolbar history

  7. go to your yahoo toolbar start to type like www and a drop down menu will come up clear all searches and it will help clear your toolbar searches up.
