How do you make levels in a rabbit condo?

Question

ex: what kind of wood, carpet, or rugs to use..how to construct, and how to measure off..should i go to lowes and have them cut off a certain amount of carpet...how do you make the bottom of the cage? and what would you cover it with? please i need a lot of help

I used just like regular wood for the base to that it's sturdy. On top of that, I put Plexiglas so that accidents won't just soak up in the wood. For my level (I only have one though) I used the lid of a giant box, so if he pees on  the top level, it won't all drip to the lower levels.
