How do you make mais con yelo?

I'm really craving it, but I don't know how to make it! :]

Maiz Con Yelo = Mais Con Hielo. Crushed ice, sweet corn, sugar, milk.

put some sugar in the glass/cup, put some corn, add ice, then pour milk. you can add some of the "corn liquid" from the can (as i call it) on top and some corn too, if you feel like it.

Just prepare shaved ice, corn kernels, evaporated milk and sugar.

Cook the corn first with a little milk and sugar until its sticky, then put it on top of shaved ice, put a lot of evaporated milk and sugar.

and show it to your parents that i have found a mais con yelo.

also if you want to make mais con yelo

first go to find some mais con yelo in your garden or in the farm

second if you found it go to the field and dig the mud and put it the mais con yelo into the soil

third pour some water into the soil that there is a mais con yelo inside it.

the last things you got the mixs already of mais con yelo inside the soil and see what happens couple of years :-)

corn (in can prefereably whole kernel)

evaporated milk

shaved ice

sugar

ice cream (optional)

cheese

put corn in a cup, add a little sugar, put shaved ice, but be sure there's still space to hold milk (more milk taste better). add a scoop of your favorite ice cream and put some cubed cheddar cheese on top...

These is how i prepare my special mais con yelo... try it and you will surely enjoy the taste... it's more than the usual mais con yelo you buy on streets and resto...

you will need:

crushed ice (your blender will be very helpful)

a can of condensed milk

a can of cream style corns

fresh milk

in a bowl/glass, put the cream style corns at the bottom,

top with ice,

put some corns again

add a little bit of condensed milk

add fresh milk.

MIX IT.

gradually add condensed milk to sweeten it.

*other option: you may also use white sugar instead of condensed milk :)

Hi everybody, mais con yelo one of the snacks in philippines... first prepare shave ice, corn, evaporated milk, and sugar, put ice in the glass, put corn, 2 spoons of sugar, add evaporated milk. mix together and enjoy for have a snacks like mais conyelo

procedure:

1. put some corn inside the glass.

2. add shaved ice.and milk

3. put another layer of corn.

4. sprinkle with corn flakes.
