How do you make moving pictures?

I'm trying to make a moving picture that doesn't have a link or anything on it.

I DONT REMEMBER THE WEBSITE... BUT YOU CAN GO TO LIKE A FRIENDS PAGE AND IF THEY HAVE THE MOVING PICTURES YOU CAN CLICK ON THE BOTTOM AND ITLL TAKE YOU TO THE WEBSITE IT WILL GIVE U INSRTUCTIONS AT THE WEBSITE.

ALSO YOU CAN GO TO YOUR EDIT PICUTRES AND THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION THAT SAYS CREATE SLIDE SHOW AND IT WILL GIVE U A STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO DO IT.
