How do you make nice animated bebo skins ?

please help..what programme you use and how you do it ?

i use a foto editor to make it flash. i use http://www.blibs.com/editor/

i upload 2 images that are the right size you need and then save the image after changing the speed. the only problem is, you cant choose large images coz the file size will be too much. and you caaant have more then 2 images. but i like them. http://www.bebo.com/x-fallen-darkness-x

most of my skins are slightly animated.
