  1. Pasta Roni.... it's the best I have ever had. Chicken Parmesan using Pasta Roni is quick to make and great to eat.

  2. Parmesan Noodles--three ways.

    VERSION ONE

    8 ounces wide noodles

    2 tablespoons butter or margarine

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Place in a bowl. Immediately add

    remaining ingredients and toss well.

    Yield: 4 servings.

    VERSION TWO--MORE INVOLVED

    Parmesan Noodles

2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

    1/2 cup butter, softened, divided

    2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

    1 teaspoon dried basil

    1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

    2/3 cup boiling water

    1 garlic clove, minced

6 cups hot cooked thin noodles

2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

    Additional parsley, optional

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, parsley, basil and lemon

pepper. Stir in water; keep warm. In a saucepan, saute garlic in remaining butter

until golden. Place noodles in a serving bowl; top with garlic mixture. Sprinkle with half

of the Parmesan cheese; toss lightly. Spoon cream sauce over noodles and sprinkle with

remaining Parmesan. Garnish with parsley if desired.

    Yield: 8 servings

    VERSION THREE-EASY

    Parmesan Noodles

1 package (8 ounces) medium egg noodles

    3 tablespoons chopped green onions

    2 tablespoons butter or margarine

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Toss with onions, butter, Parmesan

    cheese, garlic salt and pepper.

    Yield: 4 servings

  3. That depends on whether you want a creamy sauce or a buttery one.

For a creamy one: clarify some butter, put it in a large sauce pan, and add lots of garlic.  Saute the garlic until your whole house smells like it.  Add a pint of cream, and about a half cup of parmesan.  Simmer until it is thick.  Pour over noodles.

For a buttery one: add melted butter and parmesan to your cooked noodles.
