How do you make peace between two people that hate each other?

You can't. Only they can.

The truth is that you can't and perhaps they can't either. Until we realize why we can not get along in the first place, there is no hope in us overcoming it and moving on towards the goal in which we were created. In truth we are only interested in ourselves thus we find many times this leads to such intolerance in people that we come to what you have defined as hatred towards each other. There must be an examination of ourselves first in order to come to a different outcropping of our feelings and expressions to each other.

Pray and ask God to show you something about this.  You can't if you don't understand what the causes really are.  A trained counselor might be able to help.  Try to get each one to see a counselor if you can who will also get them to talk to each other in the presence of the counselor when they are ready.
