I just thought that this would be a really funny thing to do for Communications because we have to do a demonstration of food and how it's made. Does anyone know how to this, I hear there is an article or something about it. Who ever finds it first and makes a comment about my idea gets 10 points!

  1. put it in a humid room for a couple days. it does the trick

  2. For an edible "fake mould," why not get some cream cheese spread and mix in a drop or two of green food colouring, then spatter it over the peanut butter and jelly...

Then you could add some strands of green fairy floss - that would give a great "hairy mould" effect!

  3. they wont mold because to much sugar in the jelly and peanut butter never molds wrong nourishment for the molds. but you can dye bread crumbs green and blue and lightly sprinkle it on top.

I have seen jelly rarely mold but it takes like several months.

  4. Maybe leaving it in the fridge for a while

  5. Maybe shake a cup or so of flour with a drop of green and a drop of blue food color and sprinkle it on.

If nobody is going to eat it, sprinkle on some Ajax or Comet cleanser. Even tinted parmesan cheese would work.

  6. try leaving it outside for a few days (make sure animals cant get it!)

  7. get some really weird mushrooms from the grocery store and strategically place them in the pb and J.
