How do you make peanut butter topping for ice cream?

Hey everyone, my grandma loves peanut butter topping on her ice cream (especially from Colonial Cafe) and we are celebrating her birthday tomorrow and I wanted to make some for her. I need a good recipe, so if you know, please help! Thanks a bunch : ]

Peanut butter, corn syrup and coconut oil is how I do it, not sure on the measurements though, I'm sorry, I just heat together what seems right.
