How do you make "Wall E" the little robot?

You can make a papercraft of him!

You could get a cardboard box for his body. To make the "legs" put a soup can on top of a long, skinnny rectangular box and wrap duct tape around them. Spatulas could be used for the arms and the only way I can think of making ihs eyes are with a pair of binoculars.
