How do you make ringtones??

Question

I am trying to make ringtones on my pc. I can download a full length song in mp3 format and make a tone as long as it doesn't get over 600kbs. But I can't figure out how to edit a song, save it to my pc. I've tried using the recorder on the pc, but the program I have for my phone can't recode the format. Any ideas?

u can create you own ringtone using your music. its really easy

you can choose the length and part of the song you want as your ringtone ..they send the ringtone to your phone or they have more options to get them!
