How do you make shadow tracings?

Question

Do you remember those shadow drawings that kids do in school? Where they trace another kid's head's shadow? How do I do that? Like for a whole body? Thanks!

get a lamp and a dark room...tape the paper to the wall, stand in front of the paper and have someone move the lamp until you fit on the paper your using...then have someone trace away...i remember doing this in school we used projectors..if you know someone who has one or can borrow one they are the best to use...i did this last month with my daycare kids and its was tough getting them to hold still and i just did their heads :P:P

hang a piece of paper on the wall, get a really big spotlight, have somebody stand between the light and the paper at a distance that makes the shadow the size you want.
