How do you make shide?

Question

I want to make a shide, a Japanese streamer ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shide_%28Shinto%29 ), but I don't know where to start. Can anyone who has made one before or knows where I can find a guide post me a description (preferably with illustrations) or a link?
