Be sure it isn't expired and take it right from the wrapper.

There is no reason to test it, and if you do you could actually make damage to it instead of helping.

Ok the best thing you can do is to keep all of the condoms in the box until they are ready to be used. That way no one can mess with them or do anything that could put holes in them. It is very unlikely that the condoms would have holes in them from the factory. Messing with condoms before putting them on is very risky, so I don't think you should blow them up or put water in them. Also if you are worried about getting someone pregnant then use spermicide lube and make sure she is on bc. Good Luck

well i think they are tested pretty well before they even leave the factory.  If the condom is in a sealed wrapper you should be safe.
