How do you make sushi? (directions in japanese)

The steps can be very basic. I need to learn how to make simple sushi but I need to recite the directions in Japanese for my class. If anyone can help and tell me the directions in Romanji, that'd be very helpful. I have 2 helpful sites but the directions are in English:

Here's a couple sites but since it is in Japanese, it's heavy on the kanji. You can use rikai to view the sites and mouse over the kanji for popups on how to read it.
