  2. Buy some KC Masterpiece.

    Ad the following...

    Honey

    Molassas

    Basil

    Sage

Hot sauce or "Hot d**n" liqour

Root beer (cheap stuff is fine)

    Chili powder

    Pepper

    Onion powder

Marinate the chicken over night in the root beer and chili powder.

Combine all ingredients the following day and bring to boil in pot. Boil it down until it begins getting thick. Take taste samples and adjust as needed.

Place cookie sheet on counter and dunk each wing in the sauce before placing on sheet.

Cook at 300 for 20 minutes

Remove from oven and slather another coat of sauce on wings

Place back in oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes

    Remove and give final coat

    Enjoy!

  3. INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

6 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded

    1 1/2 cups Louisiana-style hot sauce

    3/4 cup butter

    1 cup honey

    1 pinch garlic salt

    1 pinch ground black pepper

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste

    DIRECTIONS

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.

Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill the chicken 8 to 12 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear. (You can deep fry or bake the chicken instead if you want to, but it is best when grilled.) Remove chicken to a large roasting pan.

In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the hot sauce, butter, honey, garlic salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Simmer about 10 minutes, until blended and heated through. Pour the sauce over the grilled chicken wings and stir to coat.

  5. I just use Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce with Ginger.

  6. I would add honey with the hot sauce.

  7. My Favorite Hot Wing Sauce (accidentially made it)...

Start with a small can of tomato sauce

    2 tablespoons of vinegar

    1-2 cloves garlic crushed

    1/2 teaspoons of oregano

    1/2 teaspoons of onion powder

    black pepper to taste

pinch of cloves (i'm talking just a little sprinkle)

1/4 cup of brown sugar (dark or light ok)

Bring to almost a boil, lower temp and cook above together for about 15 minutes.

Now add some Frank's Hot Wing Sauce (as much or little as you want, I use the whole bottle) and a stick of butter. Let it melt on med/low and come to an almost boil. If it does boil the butter seperates so make sure you're close by.

Make your wings however you want and sauce them up.
