So like Roberto's or Sombrero's how do they do it?

  1. Hon, here is my recipe for red hot sauce, but beware it is really RED HOT SAUCE.  I use the tiny red Hawaiian peppers, about a cup of them washed and slighty frozen a small piece of onion about 2 cloves of garlic some salt and pepper, 1/4 Cup of vinegar and a bit of water to smooth out the consistency.

Wash about 1 cup of red peppers and put in freezer a on Cookie sheet add those to bowl of food processor or a blender and add the rest of the ingredients, leave out salt until you grind it up and prepare the sauce then add salt and pepper to taste, also add enough water to make sauce the right consistency for your taste.  Next using a funnel, place in a small hot sauce bottle and place cork on then put in boiling bath to keep fresh then when cooled put in ice box.  Enjoy!
