First you start with the mesa. It is basically ground up corn and water but you can buy it in any mexican store. Then, you spoon mesa into corn husks depending on how big you want them to be. After this, you can either put raw chicken or beef inside and add any kind of sauce you would like. Then you steam them for 1-2 hours.
