Download Skype and you can talk over the computer for free.

If you've both got pcs download 'skype'. You can cal pc to pc for free!

Yahoo offer this service too but the quality is poor in comparison.

Yeah, use a Voice over Internet Provider (VoIP) which is free to other PCs - all you need is a microphone and speakers / headset. It is also cheaper to use a VoIP to a landline.

Skype is probably the best, but give others a try to get the best offer (I am not in Saudi at the moment!)
