I've always wondered? Is it just case of slowly cooking the cheese? in that case how do you cook it etc? what kind of cheese do you need?

  2. For best results grate a cheap longhorn/gorgonzola cheese failing that chedder then add milk on about a 4:1cheese/milk ratio to a blender. Blend and then add to hob to heat. The mixture should heat up then thicken, at this point you can add cornstarch by teaspoon to required thickness. Add some smoke seasoning and Salt to taste and if you want it to look like the stuff in the cinema add yellow food dye and serve in little pots!

    Hope this helps

  3. That isn't real cheese.  If you want it at home, go to costco and pick up nacho cheese, it's the exact same thing.

  4. the cheese sold at concessions stands is a canned cheese....the one used for Nachos has spices add

  5. Cheese dip from the movies isn't real cheese like we know it. It's a form of processed cheese with spices and flavourings added, like fancy cheez whiz or something.

You can make something similar at home by melting Velveeta cheese slowly in a pot with a jar of salsa added.

  6. Go to Costco or Sam's warehouse and find those gallon-sized tin cans of "Nacho Cheese".  That's what they use.  Eeeewwww.  I can't believe you actually like that nasty stuff.  BTW, there's no way you can eat all of that before it goes bad.
