How do you make the alcoholic concoction called 'Skip and go Naked'?

I had this over the 4th of July. It was in a big organge jug so I was unsure of the ingredients.

Hop, skip, and go naked This is Roy's oft-requested drink, a nice summertime concoction. He has this to say about it:

"The typical response is 'that sounds gross'. Whereby once it is tasted, the drinker cannot seem to get enough. Epilogue: Don't judge a drink by its contents, just taste it." A can of lemonade concentrate A lemonade can's worth of vodka one can beer (preferably something close to water i.e. Budweiser) Mix the above together with a can full of water (using the lemonade can as your measuring device). Serve chilled or over ice.

3 oz. of cheap gin into a Collins glass full of ice, adding orange juice and then floating about 2 or 3 oz. of beer on top of that.
