How do you make the font size on myspace medium?

Like i know large font is <font size= "16"> but how do you make it medium??

Replace the font size with 14pt, 16pt, 10pt, 72pt, whatever you want

In the piece of code you referenced, the 16 is the size of the font.  Simply make that number larger for bigger fonts or smaller for smaller fonts.  You may also use &lt;u&gt;Text&lt;/u&gt; for underline and &lt;i&gt;Text&lt;/i&gt; for italics.
