How do you make the little bows from "scene hair"?

please tell me step by step these are the bows i am talking about..

i want them but with bobby pins or clips not like you have to tie on please help!!

take a regular bow and stick a bobbypin through the middle and put it on your hair ^_^

urmm I think yew buy those at stores,

if it was meant for pony taiils, just take thee ribbons off and glue it to bobby piins or cliips . xD

What i do is take ribbons off of old baby clothes and hot glue them to clips
