How do you make the picture you screenshoted smaller?

It's just a tiny little thing i wanted to screen shot, but i took the whole page. How do i focus it?

when you screen shot, and paste it in microsoft word doc...there is a feature on top....100% and so on....check the apropiate one before you save it

put it on photoshop, or paint, or microsoft word and crop it.
