How do you make the streaming quotes default to be OFF?

My default is always ON and yet a friend of mine has a default of OFF, so I know its possible. I know how to turn them off but I'm asking how to make them start as OFF when I log into Yahoo Finance.

Click on the OFF button drop down and cilck off and then refresh your page. It worked for me. Hope does for u.
